I had a great stay in the motel definitely I’ll visit once again I was really happy with this hotel. The room (queen room)was very big, modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and had a ton of pillows. I was able to check in online before I arrived so the front desk literally just handed me a key card the front desk was really cooperative and gave me room which took all of 2 minutes. I hope I’ll visit again and again!
We had the best experience at this location. It was close to where we were going, the rooms were clean, and the AC was cold and comfortable. The bed was a double and slept well. No, it was not a posh mattress but it got the job done and I did not wake up to a backache. The front desk clerk Lorenzo exhibited wonderful customer service skills. He was friendly, and kind, and said if there was anything I needed to let him know and he would do his best to help. When I checked out he also assisted with that and showed the same friendly integrity.

It's always very accommodating Here I stay here for convenience access close to Moody Gardens Golf Course where I perform regular raising money for charity. My first room was still under some construction and having issues and I was moved to the newly renovated side. Thank you Nanette for your awesome service
I absolutely adore Jessica at the front desk, she made the stay so much more worth it and was very attentive and a good problem solver, great attitude, the room was clean, towels were stocked, hallways were quiet, staff were amazing and patient. I highly recommend this place.
Great experience. We traveled while moving with 4 pets. We were able to get 2 rooms next to each other and were clearly told the expectations for the pets such as no barking and keeping pets off beds. Check out was easy and I like that they were transparent about the pet deposit that was reversed when they inspected the room and it was damage free.
Great place for staying and convenient to go to Galveston and quiet surrounding and I had best stay . Thank you to the friendly staff.
